The academy has a strong focus on education and soccer, and developing well-rounded athletes. The players attend a local, private school taught in English, and the academy also encourages language learning—especially Portuguese—as it is an invaluable skill for aspiring professionals. The accommodations house two people per room. In the morning, the players train at the academy, and in the evening, they play with local Portuguese clubs. It is an immersive experience and a good opportunity for players to compete in Portuguese leagues.

The Residential Soccer School in Portugal is a soccer boarding school open year-round. Soccer players will get a great education while achieving their goals. Upon arrival at the academy, the coaches will check players’ level. Then, they will be placed to one of the local Portuguese clubs. In the morning, players will train with the team and their coach. In the afternoon, they will train with their club and will have a chance to compete in the Portuguese leagues.

Note: For players who join the 10 month soccer program, the academy will provide registration in Portuguese leagues for all ages. This is one of the only academies in Europe that does it for non-EU citizens.
